Retail chain
History of Terno dates back to year 1978. One of the best-known retail brands in Slovakia has undergone restructuring and modernization following Sandberg’s entry into its capital structure. As a result of these modernisations, we created a network of grocery stores called KRAJ, which caters to contemporary shopping habits of our customers and which offers products from regional suppliers and healthy food.

Design and sale of furniture
Phase was founded in 2007 and currently is a leader in the development and sale of seating products for the middle to high-end consumer segment. With its long-term presence and expanding product range, the Pohodlie Phase brand is well-positioned as a specialist in comfortable seating and sleeping.
